Mr Brown and his team provide a thoroughly professional approach to all aspects of dentistry within a welcoming and courteous environment.    Would give 0 stars if I could. Awful customer service by none other than the practice manager herself- the not so lovely Maria! Called to question alleged missed appointment for which I was charged a deposit. No appointment confirmation was sent, nor reminder or notification of a missed appointment. But according to Maria appointment was agreed by myself because their manually typed note system says so. I asked for a recording of the phone call but one couldn’t be provided as they don’t record the calls so I should just take their word for it and pay. Amongst her ‘best’ customer service qualities are talking over people, refusing to listen and hanging up the phone when she can’t prove you wrong! The cherry on top is her threatening to refuse future treatments as a result of my audacity to question the matter and request a refund. She must live in a fairytale land where their practice is the only private practice in the area and this would cause me great suffering! Considering I have spent over £1200 for just 3 treatments over the past 6 months I’m hardly trying to scam them by demanding £30 back! Nails salons have better booking systems than a dental practice charging way more for their services so it’s all very convenient for them. But as shown by Maria they can do whatever they want. Lucky for me plenty of other places to go to!

   Outstanding care. Just moved dental practice. Already very impressed. My daughter needed dental extraction for overcrowding. Mr Jacob Liss was professional, kind, skilled and calm. He made a difficult experience the best it could be, explaining as he went along and talking to my daughter throughout. Would already recommend this practice despite only having had a few appointments in last fortnight. Reception staff also very helpful and attentive.

   I am giving this dental practice a five star rating. I previously wrote a review and realised my review was more about the lovely dog who is owned by the dentist rather than the dentist which is the whole point of the review. My experience of being a patient at this practice is excellent and so I would like to fully recommend the practice and my dentist Dr Brown. Excellent at explaining the rationale of treatment. I found the environment to be a calm relaxed friendly practice. Thank you to the team for providing this service.

   I used to see Andrew brown when I lived in Warrington for many years, I then moved and used several other dentists but I needed a lot of work recently and wanted a dentist I could trust so registered back with Grappenhall dental practice and so glad I did! Andrew put me at ease and the treatments I received I was very happy with and loved the result - he gave me good honest advice which resulted in me spending less than I thought I would need to I travel 25 miles to attend and now would not go anywhere else All the staff are professional polite Thank you for a first class service!

   Fitted me in during covid for a broken tooth. I was so grateful. My new dentist JV is considerate and explains everything well. I managed to get all my appointments organised by the lovely reception staff for my root canal work and crown. After a terrible experience many years ago Grappenhall dental practice have got me back into regular appointments and trusting my dentist.

   Reception staff are rude and judgemental. the practice despite charging an astronomical amount for treatment, cannot offer a simple text reminder for appointments. You also have an outstanding bill as I was in credit with yourselves and have left me with a half done procedure of a route canal.

   Wouldn`t go anywhere else! Dr Brown is very gentle, friendly and professional, I would highly recommend if you are nervous! All other staff are lovely and friendly too, they always manage to get you an appointment when needed. I am no longer nervous going to the dentist. Thank you!
