Alison is the best dentist I have ever seen. I suffer with mental health and she always supports me and is understanding of my bipolar. Alison is patient and kind. I know I’m safe in her hands. She is a lovely person. Thank you Alison.
I want to say a massive thankyou to Dr Brett i have no idea how this lovely dentist managed to make me feel calm enough to extract my back tooth. From the minute i walked in this practise the staff on reception were lovely I had aemergancy appointment and I couldn't have been treated better .I was made to feel welcome and I had all faith in Dr brett as he explained every detail to me about the procedure . Thankyou very much to everybody who showed me care and understanding you made a very nervous patient feel relaxed knowing she was in the hands of a excellent dentist .
Lovely warm atmosphere. Lovely staff all around. My amazing talented dentist took me on and gave me my confidence and my smile back and for that I will be forever grateful and thankful. 100 percent recommend
All the staff at this surgery are really nice, friendly and professional. Brett is a really good dentist he did a very deep filling for my 17 years old at the time. He had a sweet tooth. To this day it's still like a new tooth. You cant tell it apart from the others and he's never had a problem since. He did root canal on my tooth and the pain disappeared. Now I'm having a few other problems which are also being addressed. Five stars
Not having the best experience with this clinic atm. Today was my 8th trip for the same tooth concern. Failed filling, failed root canal, rude receptionist (Nicola), poor customer service. Rang to let them know that I'm running late because I was on the phone to the practice manager, was told if I'm not there within 10 mins I have to rebook. I get there 5 mins late for my appointment, only to be waiting around 30 mins. Lady who came after me seen before me. We both saw the same dentist. I think the clinic is really neglected, I've been coming here for years, it never used to be so badly run like this with unexperienced dentist, and poor customer service.
Had an appointment yesterday for a abcess, receptionist Lynn and Caroline where amazing making sure I got an appointment as soon as they could and where just lovely to talk to. Alison had a look and gave me all the options so I could make a decision she was so polite and made sure I understood everything she was saying. I couldn't recommend warrington smile clinic enough everyone was really helpful.
I went for treatment today and nurse Charlotte helped me so very much she real credit to this practice 5stars from me thank you all speacilly charlotte you was wonderful help in stopping me when I panicked xxxx
Great service with friendly staff. Welcoming and considerate of needs. 2 appointments in 1 day for me...so that I could have tooth removed before going on holiday. Never had a problem with Smile Clinic Warrington they always try to fo their best for you.
Never had a problem with the smile clinic Most recently had surgery & following it have been in pain Rang at 8.30am & have always been offered a same day appointment Can't understand the negative comments I have my thoughts though If a receptionist was maybe rude to some patients maybe ask yourself why? Maybe you were rude to them without realising As far as some being struck off after not visiting for 2 years approximately What did you expect Check ups are every 6 months if you don't attend them then it's hard luck if later you end up in pain The staff ain't mind readers & you should inform them that you still exist or face the consequences Thanks again everyone x especially Allison PS When is my rent due lol
