I’ve just had a delivery by your company, and if it wasn’t for my video doorbell I wouldn’t have known about it! The letterbox on the door is locked to stop our dogs shredding the letters before we have read them. However, to the left of the door is a large red standing postbox which is able to accommodate small parcels. If this cannot be used I would expect the person making the delivery to use either the doorbell or the knocker on the door, and not to place the package under the plant pot by the front door! This is the poorest delivery I have experienced in a long while!
