   I went to see Martin for an implant consultation after I had been for other quotes. He was so friendly, very professional and more reassuring than the others that I had seen and spoken to. He explained the process very clearly and any queries I later had on email were answered fully and promptly. He was cheaper too! Well a few months later after some extractions and giving things time to heal and settle down I have my implants in and I'm really pleased with them. I can't recommend Martin and the practice highly enough.

   Fantastic service at Walton Road Dental Practice right from the start! From booking with ease with welcoming receptionists to having treatment taken care of by Martin, I have to say they really are the best.. I do get very nervous at the dentist but would highly recommend Walton Road Dental Practice to anyone with that kind of anxiety.. All the staff are very patient and understanding and I can’t thank them all enough for making me feel calm and in good hands. The treatment I’ve had with Martin has been explained and performed with care and professionally every step of the way.    Walton Road Dental Practice is a first-class provider of dental treatment. The practice has been long established in the village, and I have been with the practice for many years. The recent refurbishments for the building have been excellent and the fresh new look has improved what was already and exceptional service. The staff are helpful and friendly which is essential in any business but even more so in a health care environment. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice to anyone needing dental care.

   We decided to register with this practice after seeing plenty of good reviews however our registering experience has been dreadful. We manage to book an appointment to see our children for the first time, however I had to call and reschedule as we could not make it in time, and we gave plenty of notice when doing so. Over the phone they said they'd book another day and that they will send an email confirmation with the time and day. I remember it was a saturday but as I was out I could not make note of the exact date and time. We never received any email. I have called now and they said because I did not show up the second time and cancelled the first one (which as I say it was reascheduled) they don't want to see our children anymore on the practice. The onboarding has also been appalling, they've asked us to fill a PDF form for each of the member of the family, scan and then send via email however they have asked them to convert to specific formats as they could not open it. After I managed to convert to their requested format then they said they managed to register only 2 of all the members of the family. I'm sorry we missed the appointment, there was no intention to do so but these things sometimes just happen! But to say they don't want to have anything to do with us from now on is a very malicious thing to do. This all happening in the middle of a house move, it has been a nightmare; I hope I'll find another practice which is a bit more undestanding.

   As always so Professional and efficient and always putting me at ease in the dentist chair. Always making sure that any extra things that need checking are done at the time and do not have to have excessive appointments. Always clearly explain what treatments are available and options for complicated procedures. I have always found the the Dentists, Dentist Assistants and Reception Staff most excellent on my visits and feel very lucky to have a nearby dentist when needed. Thank You
