I had very bad experience.. I received my shipment damaged and i have contacted global customer care and they told me they will get back to me and they didnt have been sending i kind reminder every week its 2 months now and didnt get any answer
The worst experience as I went in person and it seems they're are only interested in commercial or companies only , as I had personal items to ship abroad, after I spoke to them in office , they said will get back to me by tomorrow, them tomorrow came and no one called or contacted me so I called them to see what the cost involved in it , still no answer and said oh the person for international market should called you , then waited again until another day came when they quoted me the highest personal affects ot belongings compared to use or FedEx and others small businesses etc. Never will bother in future to contact this company again .waste of time and efforts .
I've sent a package through this company and for 1 whole month my box is still hanging in their warehouse in London. There has been no communication and no updates on the website. I called the customer service and instructed them to return my box and for 2 weeks now I've not heard from them. Please beware of this company as they will disappoint you.
Awful company, no response to emails at customer service and hours spent on hold trying to stop a parcel passing through which I was scammed with. Avoid.
