   Beware – Unfair Treatment and No Respect for Driver’s Time I booked a £250 job which I accepted and went for as scheduled. Upon arrival, I found that the load was significantly overweight and beyond safe handling limits. I informed the customer politely that I couldn’t take it due to weight restrictions – which is clearly against CX policies and basic safety. Instead of understanding or negotiating reasonably, they offered just £50 — completely unfair for the time, fuel, and effort I had already invested. When I refused (rightfully so), they cancelled the job with no cancellation fee or compensation whatsoever. This is pure exploitation of drivers. No regard for our time, safety, or effort. I strongly warn others – avoid working with this company unless you want your time wasted and your work undervalued. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour.
