   Staff lied and said we don't take parcels that are too large. We had returned a larger parcel a few weeks before. I called amazon and they confirmed that they should be taking large parcels. They now also do not do packageless evri returns. You have to pack your own parcel.

   Joined the qué to drop off my parcel. The lazy man behind the counter couldn't even be bothered to secure my parcels safely behind the counter. Told me to put them in a crate next to the door where anyone could of stolen them. He then proceeded to kick the parcels across the floor as he couldn't be bothered to pick them up. Awful service

   Waste of time. Label printer not working and hasnt been working for a long time- don't advertise a service if you can't provide it.

   Machine not working,can’t take parcel. Try the machine and it’s out of printer paper. “Do you have any paper?”. “No”. “Do you know where the nearest Evri place is?”. “No”. Useless!
