   Worst service in the courier business, they dont answer the phones and the parcel shops are abysmal as they refuse to accept parcels which are within their T&Cs. The two shops in the WA15 TIMPERLEY PARK ROAD area should have their contracts terminated for reusing to accept the parcels, awful service.

   Every time I’ve gone to this shop for several weeks now the printer is jammed or not working or no paper, whatever excuse you can think of. Wasted so much time when it would be helpful to have some type of warning to say the printer isn’t working. The owner is always quite rude as well, even though I’ve always been nothing but understanding.

   THIS REVIEW RELATES TO DIDSBURY NOT ALTRINCHA.M DIDSBURY VILLAGE!! IT WAS WRITTEN WHEN I LIVED IN DIDSBURY, I NOW LIVE IN Altrincham. Horrible, nasty owner. Extremely aggressive, no manners & off the scale 100% rude!! Daughters are nice & polite, thank goodness they don't have their fathers nastiness. I'm surprised his business is still trading, if zero was an option to score he would have received it!!!

   Awful customer service, I went to collect some parcels and the lady there REFUSED to give me them , she asked me several times why I’m late to collect ?, I have no problem to send them back if I didn’t collect them in time, but she waited for me to go and showed me them but she said she will not give them to me in a way of punishing , and rude way ! Those parcels tracking status are still ready to collect till this moment, That’s why I went there to collect, WHY DID NOT THEY SEND THEM BACK TO THE SUPPLIER TO RECEIVE MY REFUND EARLIER, ONE OF THE PARCELS ARRIVED AT 1st AUGUST , I WENT ON 14 , AND SHE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME ALSO ! This was not my first awful experience I went there last month and The man at check out served 8 customers who came after me only because I went to collect parcels !
