I am happy with the one at Mc Coll's in Moston. The service is very good. It is the opposite to the one at Esso Petrol Station, at Shirley Road in Cheetham Hill. Harris and Suman lied and said that l had only 3 days to collect when l have 10. They never made me sign, they obliged me to take all the parcels with me. Harris was not even saying hello. As soon as l entered he started questioning me, kind of arguing about my parcels being there for 1 week. Harris even told me OK complaint! Suman told me why l came back when l had said l wouldn't. I printed the labels of my parcels and they both said they could not send it. It occurred twice. Such a disgusting experience. The rest of the staff there is good, otherwise.
