Was seen today I can honestly say I’m so pleased with how nice and reassuring shahid alam and his assistant was, I was panicking about having a root canal but they were going through all the steps with me told me I was going to be fine! Such lovely people.
Great service from the practice. The receptionist and Dr. Rafiq were very professional during my visits. The dental nurse, Joanne was reassuring during a recent tooth extraction.
Bad experience from the moment i joined this dentist. After an old filling was replaced with a new one i gained an infection, i was in agony. Rafiq the dentist eventually agreed to give me a prescription but refused a second one when i said the infection was still lingering. I spent a whole month in agony!..Eventually ringing 111 at 4am, then seeing an emergency dentist in Liverpool, X Ray showed infection; i finally got the 2nd prescription i desperately needed, this cost me £300!.. i should never have been put in this situation, what kind of dentist is happy to tell there patient to go home and let it settle when they are in pain? Love this dentist, always so friendly, kind & gentle. The reception staff are lovely especially the older lady who knows all the patients names as they come in.
Great dental practice. Rafiq looked after me from the beginning to the end of my dental treatment. Very Happy.
