   As a businessowner, I needed a same day courier service to deliver a laptop to a client at short notice – and Today Team really came through for me. I haven’t used a courier service before, but I need not have worried, as every step of the process was carefully explained to me. The laptop was valuable, so it was reassuring to know that Today Team are fully insured with 20 years’ experience in getting items safely from Point A to Point B. Collection was arranged direct from my home, so I didn’t need to go anywhere to drop the item off. The driver was friendly and professional – taking time to double-check the delivery address and talk me through the paperwork during the pick-up. While the laptop was in transit, I received proactive status updates via email, so I could track progress easily. The team also under-promised and over-delivered – getting the package to its destination 30 minutes earlier than stated, which exceeded my expectations. I received an email once the package had been handed over, with a copy of the Proof of Delivery attached. This delivery slip stated: ‘Consignment received in good condition’ with a signature next to it from the person who took receipt of the package. This gave me confidence that I had proof everything was handed over safely and intact. There are so many delivery services out there, but what stood out for me about Today Team was the friendliness, efficiency and professionalism. It’s hard knowing who to trust these days, but I would have no hesitation in recommending their five-star service.

Several quotes about excellence are attributed to Aristotle, including, "Excellence is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution." This very much applies to Today Team Ltd., and we will definitely continue to rely on them for high-importance and fast courier requirements.
