This is a very friendly dentist practice, Emma the dentist I see has a lovely manner and always puts me at ease. She explains clearly what she will be doing and tells me not to worry as she will look after me. I no longer am worried about visiting a dentist. All the staff are friendly too. I especially enjoy my visits to the Hygienist.
As a family we Have been attending this practice for over 20yrs - it has always had a friendly family dentist feel. The practice has been taken over and massive changes have ensued. Trying for a high end hotel feel is possibly not what we wanted but rather the maintenance of a personal friendly approach. Where have the fish gone! It is disappointing the receptionist is behind a screen! We have had to attend twice as we were booked in with a new dentist without our knowledge. Appreciate we all have to accept change but may have helped if time had been takes to introduce change over a period of time.
Staff are lovely. Very welcoming. Extremely clean. Loving the refurbishment. It's very bright and open. Bad point the fish tank has gone. I found it really therapeutic. I have autism and found it really calming. Please can you bring it back.
I recently had composite bonding on two of my teeth and I am so happy with the results! My teeth look really natural, and I’ve had lots of compliments from friends and family. Dr Uzair was really kind and explained everything so well at each stage of the process. I would highly recommend going to him to have your teeth done!
Very professional, service second to none. Make you feel very comfortable and at ease.
