I was a 15-year-old unaccompanied asylum seeker when I came to the UK. CB Solicitors, especially Jackie, handled my case with serious neglect. For nearly 2 years, they did nothing to move my case forward. Jackie only offered to meet me one day before my asylum interview, which is unacceptable and dangerous for someone in my vulnerable situation. She showed no urgency, no care, and no proper support. I was left completely unprepared and stressed. This could have ruined my future. I do not recommend this firm to anyone seeking asylum — especially children or vulnerable people. You deserve better.
This lawyer did absolutely nothing for my interview. I sent emails but received no response. I even went in person and still got no reply. I have all the emails I sent to the lawyer as proof. I even asked the receptionist for an appointment, but they refused to give me one. They also have a very rude and unprofessional interpreter named Soroush, who never responds. On the first day, Soroush was very friendly, but after I signed, he completely stopped answering. Stay away from this lawyer.
CP Lawyer is the worst place to go. The receptionist a Nigerian lady I don't know her name is the best way to describe her She is extremely unprofessional, rude, and extremely rude She doesn't deserve any star or rating They are the worst
AVOID THIS SOLICITOR ⛔️ A completely unprofessional receptionist. Can you believe I waited 4 hours just to get registered and at the end it was her lunch time and ended up not doing anything? The place is ridiculously overwhelmed with asylum seekers, there are a significant amount of clients so the question would be how they would be even able to cope with all of these cases. A ridiculous place, total disaster!
i love to thanks from my hurt to mr vitalis madanhi ,my best solicter miss jackie ziki and all his team they are the best solicter in england. they are very friendly , best hard worker with thier client , anytime i need her she answer my phone and help me with my asylum case , im very happy from thier hard work . if i need them in future i will cantact them , and i will always recommending my all freind and family to them . thank very much from all team of the CB solicter x x x x x .
