The worst ever, if I could I would give -5 They sent email saying delivery today 12.49 - 14.49 then tracking says tomorrow. So I try calling 3 times, but their automated system hangs up on me 3 times. Even when I input the tracking number it gives no options and just hangs up!
Mohammed saqib was my driver. Absolutely amazing service. Saved my weekend getting my parcel to me even though it was my fault I was not In but he came back. Thank you again.

Had a very important gift being delivered by DHL, Not my choice but the vendors. Terrible service, the tracking was updated to say the driver 'could not gain access'. I was sat on the couch and the instructions was 'to leave in porch' no DHL peeson ever came to my door, they lied. The next up date was to 'pick up from depot' I prepared to do this the following day, invthe morningxtgere was another update to say delivery will be 3 days hence! I managed to get through using my tracking number (it is a very long number and a laborious process) That the parcel was to be delivered that day. No update on line, it still had original date! DO NOT USE.
