Very welcoming and friendly staff who actually care, plus outstanding customer service. This orthodontist stands out a clear head and shoulders above the rest in the area. I don’t leave many reviews but would highly recommend Total Orthodontics Warrington!
I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone. We looked forwards to every visit - treated us like friends. Very professional, very friendly and my daughter is over the moon with her now very straight teeth.
I couldn't be happier with the treatment and service I received at Total Orthodontics. Mark and his team are absolutely fantastic and level of care exceeded my expectations. In terms of the treatment itself (lingual/behind the teeth fixed braces) I was very pleased and my once wonky teeth are now perfectly straight. He has an amazing kind and friendly manner. You feel very secure in his capable hands. The team are also friendly and very accommodating.
My son attends this orthodontist, he’s been under their care for his braces for over 12 months now. Before getting his braces he was really nervous but when he had his first appointment mark was absolutely fantastic he explained everything to him and the whole process this gave my son peace of mind. My child has additional needs so needs to know extra detail this wasn’t a problem to mark. When he had his first appointment for his brace to be fitted by Julie the care he received was amazing she kept my child informed in everything that she was going to do and reassured him with any worries he had. He had a few questions and Julie answered them all and explained in full detail for him. Every appointment we’ve had either with mark or Julie has been brilliant and kept fully informed in everything that is happening on the day. My son is very happy with his treatment so far and his teeth are looking amazing already. Can’t wait to see the end result when the braces come off.
Excellent experience at Total orthodontics Warrington. I’ve been wanting braces for years but have been very nervous as I wasn’t sure what to expect. Mark Fazakerley made me feel at ease during my initial consultation and was very informative about the different options, how the process works, best treatment plan etc. Had my second appointment today where I got my top braces fitted, again I was put at ease being a very nervous patient and mark explained what he was doing throughout. The rest of the staff are also lovely, I literally called an hour after I left as I had more questions that I forgot to ask, not a problem they were more than happy to help!! Got a long way to go but I can’t wait to see my results as I’m sure they will be great. 100% recommend!!
I have had an amazing experience with Total Orthodontics Warrington. Mark Fazakerley has been amazing since my first consultation onwards, he made me feel at ease throughout the process. He was really professional & gave me the best advice making sure it was the right treatment plan for me. I am even having follow up appointments to ensure nothing changes with my teeth post treatment which most orthodontists don’t offer. The rest of the staff were also lovely & really helpful throughout the process even with Covid; changing my appointments and Mark remained flexible so that I could arrange my appointments for times that would best suit me. I am really happy with the results my teeth are amazing & I just want to say a big thank you to Mark and all the staff for giving me such a beautiful smile. I feel so much more confident now & I can’t thank you enough. Having had braces before elsewhere with no follow up treatment and my teeth reverting back to the way that they were, this was a by far a 100x better experience. I got what I was promised - I continued treatment until my teeth were perfect, I now have a permanent fixed brace hidden behind my teeth & my follow up appointments will ensure that my teeth remain aligned. I would definitely recommend Mark, if you have been thinking about it and putting it off like I did just book a consultation to discuss your options & there are payment plans available too. It’s so much easier than I thought & it has been a really pleasant experience. You won’t regret it because he is an expert in what he does.
