   We had a lovely visit to the soft play centre. The facilities were clean, well-organised, and perfect for the kids. A special mention to Ruby, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and gave us such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Therepositive attitude really made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!

   Excellent facilities for all ages, very easy to book and the quality of the food is amazing! All of the play area is visible from the seating and being able to order to your table from the website means you never have fo leave your seat! Playtopia is a staple favourite for our children, they make new friends every time we come, the party packages are also great value for money and the kids have a fantastic time. Unlike some local playgyms the facilities(all of them) are always kept in immaculate condition. The staff are also second to none and frequently engage with the kids to make sure they are all ok and having a fab time. This is a great, safe, affordable and welcoming morning/afternoon or even an evening for all of the family to enjoy! Ps. Don't forget to have your loyalty card stamped

   Always clean and friendly staff. Our 2 and 5 year love it here. Unlike other soft plays, the food and drinks are good quality. It can sometimes be abit cold for the parents if your not partaking, heating doesn't always quite hit it when colder. Pre booking is required, they have 4 slots a day.

   After visiting today with my 6 year old daughter and 18 month old son with the temp the way it is outside. For a children’s play area to have no heat at all is not acceptable freezing is an understatement. Not to mention the welcome of buckets lined up at the entrance to catch water leaking from the roof.

   First time visiting…was impressed with the cleanliness and the staff were very polite. The kids loved it and gave it a 10/10. The £8 after school meal deal was fab value for money too. (Entry, unlimited juice and a meal) Will definitely recommend and be visiting again.
