Dentist Mr Chandrasekaran took out 2 bottom teeth and 1 upper tooth in mid November. Originally programmed to have dentures fitted by February but managed to bring completion forward to mid December in time for Christmas. Only fitted today but happy with looks and had my first meal without any problems.
A very professional and customer friendly service. The procedure was explained clearly and at every stage the dentist checked in that I was ok. The results were good with a very natural improvement making my teeth look healthier and more naturally clean. Would highly recommend.
The dental care is excellent. Annand explains the procedure and is happy to answer any questions. So this is my rational for 5 stars. However, the building feels very tired, the steps up to the consulting room are very steep and are a challenge for my arthritic knees. The waiting room needs a refurbish ment and had very old and uncomfortable chairs. It does not reflect quality of care on offer and the £900+ fees I paid.
Absolutely delighted with the care I received on my last 2 visits. The medical forms I completed online gave the practising dentist all the information he needed for my treatment and as a thorough history was taken, including my medications, he was able to do additional checks on my teeth, gums and jaw prior to treatment. The reception team are very welcoming, warm and friendly - nothing is to much trouble. A clean, professional dentist surgery with high standards of care - thank you.
Mohammed introduced himself and was easy to talk to. My extraction was not straight forward as I will be having an implant in the near future and it’s important to preserve as much bone as possible. I am so pleased with Mohammed as he is obviously a very competent skilled surgeon. Thank you for all the care and attention. Ann Rose
Would give zero stars if possible please don’t got here if you actually want something doing as they arnt intrested! They just want to charge you and send you on your away, receptionist is dam right rude need to learn some customer service skills. Didn’t want to have to post on Google but they never do as they say still waiting on a call back from this morning and an email will the complaints policy on. Had multiple emergency appointments for tooth ache and still no answers just get sent away an told to come back once it’s better not going to get better left is it over 4 weeks of tooth ache I’m at my wits end with this surgery don’t know why it’s has gone so poor used to be a great surgery not just interested in making money.
Just had a check up, dentist managed to do a descale and a filling in the same appointment. Dentist and her nurse could not have been nicer. Thanks for not running off to the private sector, it's you guys that keep the NHS dentistry just about surviving, WELL DONE, it is appreciated, by the public if not the government.
These were my elderly parents dentists for many years. Recently a piece broke off my 85 year old mothers false teeth. Because she hadn't been in for several years they de-registered her. This is now made worse by the death of her husband of 66 years last week. She will now have to go to the funeral with no false teeth which is devastating for her. An absolute disgrace, dentists should hang their heads in shame for the way they treat elderly people with absolutely no regard for feelings and consequences of their policies.
After years of bad experiences with dentists, I have finally found someone I can trust in Dr Olivia Woodward. Always straight forward, caring and supportive. Fully explains what will happen, and takes the time to make sure everything is done properly in an efficient manner, always checking on how you're doing. No rushed service and certainly not treated like a number. Thank you again Olivia! Could not reccomend this place enough. True professionals.
