Out of 6 parcels sent, 3 were lost, damaged, or not delivered. Communication is very poor β the only way to contact the company is via a chat, with no proactive email updates even when notifications are selected. Claims are difficult to progress and paying for insurance did not lead to a satisfactory outcome. Based on our experience, this service is not suitable for important or time-sensitive deliveries.

This service is really not trustworthy. I paid for next day delivery (a week later the customer found where it was and went to collect it herself. I paid for insurance all in Β£43.16 inc postage and they playing dumb. There is no customer service you have to talk to a chatbot. They used to be reliable now NEVER AGAIN

Do NOT waste your money insuring the contents of your parcel. I paid an extra Β£25 for insurance, packed everything securely, dropped it in the lockerβand they didnβt even bother attempting delivery. Instead, they randomly sent it back to me claiming it was βdamaged.β When it arrived, it was in the exact same condition I sent it in. No damage. No attempt at delivery. Nothing. And then they had the nerve to refuse me a refund, despite the fact that they completely failed to provide the service I PAID FOR. Iβve filed multiple complaints and every single one has been ignored. The customer service is absolutely disgraceful. I will never use this company again. Total scam. DO NOT USE.

Donβt use Parcel2go. We used them to forward items of my mother-in laws in the USA. FedEx collected them parcel promptly, it took about a month to arrive at my in-laws after I was promised three days. I contacted Parcel2go and FedEx when the system stated the parcel wasnβt moving and held. FedEx told me the parcel was at the local facility and would look into the delay they ghosted me after, Parcel2go ghosted me too. I contacted parcel2go after delivery and they responded but didnβt want to help. I was honest and declared what was inside the parcel. FedEx are now trying to force my in-laws to pay $68 with no reason. The items inside are worth Β£50 tops. Parcel2go stated at checkout no fees or taxes to pay. When I recently contacted Parcel2go their response was to avoid any responsibility, danced around question why they ghosted me at the start. They pass the buck and blamed me. My experience with Parcel2go is not good and I wouldnβt use them again.

Had an urgent parcel that needed to be delivered very soon. Well. Only Sunday, just before 12.00pm I handed in my parcel, they printed the label, gave me a receipt and that was that. The following day, Monday, early afternoon, received text to say parcel had been delivered. What service. I paid Β£2.45. No extras, no confirmation texts. It took approx 12 hours from drop off to delivery. Brilliant service. Unbeatable. Excellent ***** service.

I was very disappointed in the service received. My scales at home showed item as just under 1kg therefore this was what was paid for. Obviously the parcel company have other ideas and prevented my parcel from being delivered NEXT DAY. The relationship between parcel2go and evri is obviously unusual as the discrepancy was 1.15 kg therefore for the weight of a big bag of crisps the company wanted extra payment. Come on guys your T&C s are just there to allow you to be fussy. I will not use this service again. Mr Britton Bristol.

Absolutely terrible. Would never use again. I made 6 trips to various shops/ stores before my parcel was accepted. Parcel2Go sent me 3 different sets of labels. It was only the last one which was accepted. I had originally chosen FedEx but their labels were not accepted by 3 stores. Delivery was meant to be 5-7 days to USA. Parcel2Go changed delivery company but delivery was then over 4 weeks meaning gifts did not arrive for Christmas. Terrible company.

Firstly I paid extra for the parcel to be collected promptly and actually waited until 8pm at night because that was the collection window and it wasn't collected. Then when they did collect the next day and it was delivered to the customer a few days later, the parcel was half open and the goods were damaged and I have a very unhappy customer. They clearly do not handle their goods with care so I suggest not to use this company as it has been the worst experience ever and has left me few hundred pounds out of pockets. The worse thing is they said that the customer signed for the parcel on the tracking but the customer wasn't even at home as he was at work.

The delivery company completely destroyed the item I sent parcel 2 go had no information at all at any point. They accepted they damaged my item but they have list of items in the terms and conditions that means they don't have to compensate anyone even if it's there fault disgusting. You can see it was totally destroyed not just damaged they can't even say how this happened just refused my claim then cut me off when I got annoyed. It's like they are trained to have no information at all just repeat the same generic answers until you go away !!!!!

I booked a collection service which didnβt happen. Was told two different things and had to book another more expensive collection because their service partner fed them some information about a failed collection. More than happy to provide CCTV to prove no collection attempt. Service failure and Iβve got to pick up the bill. A lack of communication and an apparent disregard for customers. Shame
