   I know going to the Dentist is not the best day trip, but the people at Kingsway Dental practice are so welcoming and friendly. The dentists are so professional and always put me at ease, I have never liked needles but, I never feel any pain at Kingsway Dental Practice. All the Dental Nurses and Reception are just brilliant. The Practice goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and make the worst experience of Going to the Dentist, the best it can be. Thank you all at Kingsway Dental practice. Brian

   Today I finished my “6 month smile” braces treatment! I honestly can’t thank the Kingsway Dental team enough. Every query, concern and question I had - they were more than happy to help me with very fast responses every time. They have looked after me from start to finish, very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Lovely, friendly receptionist Joanne who was always happy to help and also had endless patience with me and my many questions over the course of my treatment. I’m utterly ecstatic with my results, can’t believe how incredible my teeth look! I can’t stop smiling and I’m feeling so much more confident within myself. Gavin is extremely professional and went through the whole treatment explaining everything to me thoroughly. He was very caring/considerate regarding what end results I wanted to achieve and put complete effort in to achieve those results for me. I greatly admire how much of a perfectionist he is, as my teeth are just that - absolutely perfect! You’ve not just fixed my teeth, you have genuinely helped me so much in my life journey.    I had been going here for over 10 years, however since changing hands, I'm afraid I have been unsatisfied with the service provided. I had a very stressful experience during a routine check-up and subsequent treatment, due to a complete lack of explanation from the dentist. Previous to this, I'd religiously had my six monthly check-ups without needing any treatment for over 7 years and suddenly was being told I needed 2/3 fillings with one then being a possible root canal/extraction. As a nervous patient, I didn't feel that the dentist made any effort to put me at ease and the lack of communication was disconcerting. Consequently, I have moved to a different practice.
