Just rang the Ince surgery the young girl answering the phone is super rude as usual she's no different when your in the waiting room she makes you feel uncomfortable I've been at this surgery for years but I won't be going back again I'm looking for a new dentist.
The lady dentist is very rude! Doesn’t listen properly and the practice has cancelled 3 appointments and one of them was literally as I was driving to the appointment, they rang me (hands free) to cancel because they “couldn’t find my notes” and then when I told them I was going to put in a complaint, all of a sudden my notes appeared at the “bottom” of a pile of others and had been “missed” Almost every time I ring them they are either shut or I get told “we’ll call you back”. I remember one time as I was leaving the surgery a guy came in to reception and asked if they were taking on new patients and the girl on reception said “No sorry not at the moment” and as he turned to leave the actual dentist popped her head around the corner and said to him “if you have 10 mins now I can fit you in” I can just remember leaving thinking how incredible unprofessional that was!
My first assessment lasted a couple seconds and was wrongly determined I needed 10 fillings and my teeth were severely decayed! (Which is completely false) As this seemed very excessive, I booked a private appointment with a well established dentist. They said my teeth were in near perfect condition and only advised a scale/polish. The dentist at Talking Teeth was very dismissive, rude and wanted to fill my teeth with amalgam (which is currently being banned under the UK gov, talking teeth was ‘unaware of this’) when it wasn’t even necessary. They are just scamming vulnerable people to pay for dental work that doesn’t need to be done. Please do not visit this place! You won’t know what they tell you is even true. If you want to sit in a grubby wreck of a dentist and take proceeding that aren’t even necessary then go ahead. But otherwise this place should be shut and licences taken away !!
OK.. can't understand what the dentist is saying...she is good but not so gentle..took her over an hour to extract a tooth..the whole process I could hear crunching and snapping...I actually panic now because I have have a loose tooth
Dentist needs re-training in how to treat kids and needs to sort her customer service skills out!
One star is too way much. This place should be shut. Receptionist has no clue, lazy, not willing to help or simply just to do her job. Dentist- will not even comment on that one. If my daughter's 2 years orthodontic treatment will be in jeopardy because of you incompetence we will meet at the Court. Stay away from this place!!!!!
Been with this dentist now for nearly 1 year and never had a problem with service or treatment from the female dentist. I've found her to be Caring and compassionate towards patients and very understanding of anxious patients like myself when it comes to dental treatment. All staff at this dentist are welcoming and friendly. I've found that I've not endured anything like what the negative commenters have wrote so please don't always believe what you read. I highly recommend this surgery.
Very pleased with the treatment myself and my family received. Dentist was lovely and constantly checking to see if everything was ok.
