Having found myself without a haulier to collect and deliver a sofa and dining table I’d recently purchased on Shpock, I was forced to find one at very short notice. Checkmate were the 3rd company I’d contacted and right away I felt at ease. Worried the items were on the bulky side, I told the guy on the phone, Tony I came to learn, who reassured me his team would take a larger van from the fleet, just incase. Both sofa and dining table arrived the following afternoon, damage free and at a competitive price. Number saved for future needs! All the best Checkmate!
We are a decorating company, had a big job on last weekend in the Midlands ( hair dressers) had to be completed over a weekend with late nights. I got told about tony at checkmate, to much delight checkmate picked up the car from Yorkshire on time and delivered it to my sister in Surrey in a professional manner and under current climate all PPE was worn whilst handing car and keys to a very happy sister .
