Bit disorganised but everything went as it should. It's no wonder hermes failed and became Evri but only time will tell whether they can do any better. I'm skeptical after no customer service from hermes and telling me that deliveries were attempted when I been in all day looking out of the window! Lies are unacceptable and with no contact numbers if you need them, if something happens you're stuffed, even royal mail aren't that bad.
