Don’t have any issue with this pub but Please don’t use this pub car park, you will regret it. Spending 10 min to pay for this car park where machines didn’t work we have to pay fine for it.
Drinks are more expensive than at any other pub in Hounslow. Although the pub operates under one name , the kitchen is managed by separate entity, resulting in poor coordination. Food often takes much longer than expected to arrive.
Received a parking ticket for parking in Keg and cask pub's allocated space at the back while we were having food and drinks. Our cars registration was given to the staff for entering in to their machine as there is no machines outside for us to enter. We were regular customers but the parking management company declined our appeal even though we submitted the proof of invoice we paid at keg and cask on the day at the same time our car parked at the back of their car park while the ticket was issued. I called the business numerous time but no answer. I noticed the business is responding to google reviews, so if you read this review please let me know what is the best way to resolve this issue (cancelling the parking charge) provide your best phone number or email so we can connect to discuss. We will not be returning to the pub until this parking ticket is resolved. Very disappointing Team KC
Much nicer inside than the exterior would have you think. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice and cool as outside was a scorcher. The only downside the music, which was ok, not to our taste but it was way too loud. Loud enough infact to drive us out after only one drink. We were thinking of eating there as the food on the menu looked tempting.
Cracking pub with fantastic staff, really friendly and a great atmosphere in the place. Music great with some random classics.
Visited here with a bunch of lads whilst on a trip back in October and much to my surprise, when I asked, they didn't have any cask ale available, not one, I'm not even sure they had cask pumps installed for that matter. The lad serving me genuinely looked confused as to what cask even is when I asked. Considering this place is called 'Keg & Cask Pub' my experience frankly beggared belief. Also the toilets and the smell emanating from them was like something from the toilet scene in the film Trainspotting.
This place is amazing for overall ambience, music, food and drinks menu. But what really stands out about this place is the excellent and friendly customer service. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wishing to be served right and anyone looking for a great time.
Have visited the Keg and Cask pub several times now. I don’t normally leave reviews but feel they really deserve a great recommendation as the staff have always been amazing and friendly as too the regulars. Great variety of drinks and the food. We will definitely be back. Thank you
Lovely vibrant pub with community atmosphere, a favourite with the locals. I had few drinks and a packet of crisps really enjoyed the experience, it has a good vibe. Staff are friendly and attentive, I recommend coming here for a night out.
