Definition of a locals only pub, we felt very unwelcomed.

Visited the area from the USA for work and The Three Horseshoes made me feel right at home. The locals were so inviting and Lauren (Bar tender) was awesome! Highly recommend hanging out there for a pint or two.

A lovely little pub opposite lots of green space and water. The pub itself is neither large or small, but the breakup of the rooms gives it a nice coy feel Easy wheelchair access to the outdoor areas and, through different doors, most of the inside with space to move around in. The barmaid we had was friendly and poured a very mean Guinness and a very respectable Wainright Amber Ale.

Lovely little pub. The beer I had was Wainwright Amber ale 4%, which was in good condition. The gardens are lovely too but it was too hot for me to sit out there when I visited, although the landlady pointed out an area that had a bit more shade. I didn't have any food there so I can't comment on that. Also, I walked from the station (about 8 minutes), so I can't comment on parking. The build is Grade II listed with Historic England who say: "Early 18th century and later. Two and a half storeys. Painted brick. Hipped tiled roof. Three chimneys, the left hand one with large extruded stack, central one extruded to left of left hand window. Central projecting bay with door, whole height with hipped roof. Three windows, glazing bar sashes. Brick string at first floor level. Modern ground floor alterations. Early 19th century 2 storey coach house on left with slate roof and 3 windows on first floor (irregular). Interior of older part altered but retains residual timber-framing and a plain original staircase." The nearby Lord's Bridge Garden, a 'pocket park', has an information panel whic includes some old photos of this pub and a bit of its history.

Nice welcoming local, rang and asked if they had a particular footie game on and they said should be no prob, and it wasn't. Fair prices, nice staff friendly atmosphere. Will be calling in again.

Very friendly pub. We felt welcome and they have plenty of big screens to watch sport on. They don't serve food that I know of, but we only went for drinks and football. Worth a visit!
