Visited many times before. The food is always good. Extremely rude waiting staff who ruined our meal, owners girlfriend sat at the bar who spoke very loudly about children in there on purpose so customers could here.( Children were very well behaved but did walk past the bar to use the toilet). Very uncomfortable atmosphere.

A hidden gem. Not a pub you would know about unless you were on foot or it had been recommended to you. Consistently brilliant food, excellent service, large portions, and all at a very reasonable price.

Friends invited us out for Sunday lunch and I'm like I've never had roast dinner out that I couldn't make better myself. Well how wrong was I ........absolutely the best roast dinner I have ever had ! The waitresses were all brilliant and customers very friendly. I would not hesitate to go back .

Turned up with my 4yr daughter. Looked a bit dodge from the outside. Once inside is actually quite lovely. There's a large dining area, food is quite good and the portions are massive. Landlady is an absolute delight, deffo will be going back.

Another amazing Sunday roast cooked up by Shawn and the team at The Bell last yesterday, always delicious and always generous portions. Easily the best Sunday pub roast in the area by some way. Service excellent and a very friendly, lovely run pub. Keep up the good work guys!

Unpretentious pub, a little off the beaten track. Don't let that put you off. It's worth seeking out. We were there on a midweek afternoon, and was very impressed with this establishment. The barman Dave , deserves special mention, treating myself and my Autistic son with dignity and respect. The beer was tip top and the food excellent . Very resonable prices for this neck of the woods. Well worth a visit.
