   Proper local shop. Always friendly, always clean, and has everything you need from a Premier. Big respect for staying open over Christmas — honestly saved me every year. Owner’s always smiling and happy to help, especially when I’m flat out with work and need something last minute. One of those shops you’re glad is on your road.

   Refusing to give me my parcel, told me they do not have a phone number, became very combatant and refusing to help in any way, informed him I have started an investigation with in-post he stated does not care, then told him I will start a theft investigation with police to which he replied "do it". Disgusting staff member and am now reaching out to premier headquarters, in-post, vinted and will be escalating.

   I had a parcel delivered here on Saturday by yodel. I was sent an email to say my parcel had arrived. I went to the shop and was told that no Yodel delivery had been delivered that day, not just my parcel but Yodel hadn’t delivered any parcels that day so I left. I then received an email with a QR code on Sunday so I went back to collect my parcel. I was told that my parcel wasn’t there and they have no deliveries on Sunday and that I’d need to contact Yodel. I contacted Yodel who confirmed my parcel had been delivered on Saturday and scanned in Monday morning. So the lazy and unhelpful shop assistant lied and Yodel had been that day and my parcel was there he just couldn’t be arsed to scan it in and sort it for me. Never again will I use this shop

   Just brilliant, a real attention to service and great stock, can do my grocery shopping as well as convenience items. good range of spices, booze and tobacco too. Lovely staff, super helpful and friendly and intelligent too, now sharing book recommendations with the manager who's a really nice bloke. They are an asset to our community!
