   Absolute disgraceful Customer Service. As both as a sender and receiver parcels were " lost " for weeks at a time with no explanation. I was sent wrong orders / incorrect tracking numbers / incorrect delivery confirmations. Impossible to contact anyone at a local level or at their Head Office to try and track / trace / find lost items. Telephone lines simply rang out or disconnected. When I eventually got through to a real person they were obstructive and rude. The Virtual web page enquiries that everyone is directed to is useless with unanswered with zero accountabilities. Parcels " eventually" delivered arrived damaged/incomplete/opened / left in public insecure places on more than ten different occasions. Be warned ! Do not use this company.
