Came in looked quite busy, few people in front waiting. One of the members of staff came to serve the people in front and walked away without any acknowledgement or to say just be few mins il be back or anything like that to me. What disgusting customer service. I don’t want to make it a race thing but is it because of my colour? The member of staff then walks back with some coffee for a table, to which I shouted hello a few times to get her attention and was totally ignored again. Very het up at this point so whistled and caught the attention of members of staff eventually and everyone else too! What a fuss to be just acknowledged and served or to be told we are full or there’s waiting for a certain time. Eventually someone comes after feeling offended at the whistle because they felt like a dog was being called. At least it got the attention. So I tried explaining that I’ve been stood here and the member of staff just walked off but I think she was more bothered about my whistle than anything. I couldn’t care less. Eventually after voicing what had happened I was given the opportunity to go in and was warned for any rudeness rich coming from the place that rudely did not acknowledge me and Rudley walked off. My child really wanted to go otherwise I would have walked off the moment I was treated this way. FYI I help businesses get an approved NVQ in customer services through Manchester City & guilds. if you need any training or are interested in this then please reach out and I could maybe help develop your staff to have better customer service.

The play area is clean and well maintained, my daughter has a great time each time, and we come here often. I've seen reviews complaining about prices and temperatures. I've been to many similar soft plays locally, prices for food and drink here seem to be on par or slightly cheaper, even better with membership, and some other sites also charge adult entrance. As to temperature, well I'll be fair and say it's been variable. Yes sometimes it's been cold, but each time that's been true I've been first through the door and the heating hasn't had time to warm such a large play area. I can't really blame them for the laws of physics! And thinking about price. If you are local and have kids to entertain membership is a must here. It comes out to about the same as 13 visits for a full year unlimited. With my pre-schooler and being a shift worker I come at least weekly, often more, the savings compared to other someplays can't be knocked.

Overpriced. There are play centres just as clean and well maintained with far better food that cost half the price as a trip here. The food is poor quality, frozen fare and is very expensive for what it is. I mean £1.45 for a kids side dish of PEAS? The kids meals cost almost £6 and consists of a small plastic basket of fries with the usual choice of hot dog, chicken goujons, fish fingers etc. No veg or salad included. We went today with 4 kids and spent £90 in total (£35 entry), drinks and snacks (£25) and then unfortunately chose to have lunch (£30) with only one of us having an adult meal. £90 for a trip to a play centre and lunch is ridiculous, even more so when the food is so poor and half the toilets don’t have any toilet roll in them. I’ve given it 2 stars due to the fact that the kids love it, and the actual play facilities are good, clean and generally maintained well.

Frankie + Lola's was absolutely fabulous everything about it from entering until leaving. We took our disabled grandson out for tea with a few friends, we were let down by the wacky Warehouse. My wife rang Frankie's last minute the manager Lucy was brilliant she told us to come straight down my grandson had a fabulous time, all the staff bent over backwards for us all, the food was excellent all the kids are everything.the climbing frames are safe and great for all ages. Again thankyou very much Lucy and her team.

Fantastic little soft play centre. Kids really enjoyed and the choice of halal food was a surprise too. Friendly staff and lots of viewing space to see your children as they play.

First visit today with my 16 month old daughter and mum. We loved it! Great soft play areas for both babies and toddlers. Clean play areas and seating areas. Staff friendly, helpful and polite and couldn’t be more welcoming/accommodating. Really nice to see people really striving to go that extra mile for their customers! It’s very rarely seen these days. We will definitely be returning. Thank you

What a lovely place. Went with my daughter and my 16 month grandchild today and she loved every minute. Great soft play area for small ones and a larger age appropriate area in addition. Very clean. Great cafe and large seating area. Staff very welcoming and eager to please. Thank you for restoring my faith again with excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Fantastic new play area. Took a 3 year old and an 18mo old. Both kids had so much fun. The smaller child area is great for the little ones. The older area is fab too, plenty to do and a good slide. The seating area is great and comfy. It is also easy to keep an eye on your children whilst being able to relax with a cuppa. However, I do have one negative. The loos. Maybe it was a one off but we were there at opening and I visited the facilities and they were not clean, bin overflowing next to the changing unit and every toilet seat was filthy, one toilet had dry sick on it. Other than that we had a fab time and I will be returning.
