Really bad customer service very unprofessional they don't even know how to speak with customers especially the guy call Paul Williams really shitty guy definitely will never use this company again

Please do not use this company under any circumstances.. Paul is a liar ... you use same day collection because there are deadlines .. the truck was 2 hours late so we would have missed the shipping cut off time , the driver would not help at all with the pallet truck uploading even though we explained we did not know how to use a pallet truck. The tail lift was inadequate for the weight of pallet booked 600Kg as well . The pallet tipped over. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. ps and Paul even refused to provide a refund too. pps I will be leaving reviews on every site i can find over the next few days because no one should have to go through this. My brother could have been injured which is what annoys me most of all ppps funnily enough since posting the review Paul has offered to send a partial refund BUT only if I delete my review ... its not the point my brother could have been hurt and Paul was so late with the truck would have been impossible to make the 2pm cut off. Sheer dishonesty
Terrible service here, we did a delivery job for them in July and have been chasing payment ever since. Completely ignoring all emails and texts. Finally got to speak to somebody a few weeks ago and pretty much got fobbed off as they were busy apparently. Anyhow, debt collection agent will sort it. Don,t use them, not a good company
