   In reference to a comment below which is legally incorrect regarding pricing. The store is not obliged to sell the item as priced. When a customer takes an item to the till, they are making an offer and the seller at this point is free to accept at the price indicated or make a counter offer which could be higher or indeed lower. Items on shelves are invitations to treat, not offers to be accepted by the customer, as this would create the contract. Logistically the control of selling must rest with the seller to confirm the customer's offer. Hope this helps

   Product range inconsistant. Mens range massively reduced. Quite often a lot of empty shelves. The store could be so much better.

   Awful store. Everything is more expensive than other stores such as Home Bargains. The items are incorrectly priced on the shelf. You go to the till and they try to charge you more, which is illegal. Then when you say that the price is wrong, they try to argue with you and have no clue what the actual price should be. I said I am not willing to pay £2.69 for a can of deodorant that is labelled as £1.50 on the shelf. The woman with short blonde-highlighted curly hair said "don't have it then" took it away and flounced off. Unprofessional staff. You put the wrong price on the shelf, that's your fault, not mine. Don't blame customers for your mistakes. I went to Savers next door, they have a great range and great customer service. B&M has 7 tills but only ever has 2 tills open, which is weird for such a large store. Savers - I got served straight away and the price was what it said it would be on the shelf. I would NOT recommend B&M - overpriced for the poor service & long queues and I don't like being lied to. I wish I'd have gone to Savers in the first place.

   Good stock as most B&Ms have. Sadly the queues are generally long and frustrating. Either the cashier is super slow or things won't scan or customers are causing a fuss at the till. Sadly outside there can be trash and cigarette butt's. Security on the door too as it seems sadly they have a significant amount of theft.

   Definitely do not risk buying anything you may need to return. Bought a coffee machine which was faulty. They refunded the machine but not the pods I had to use trying it out. Also, and this is what has distressed me the most, is that the store worker was aggressive and confrontational from beginning to end. I'm a mentally unwell person suffering with severe agoraphobia. I've never felt so oppressed. Horrible Horrible staff. Please avoid.
