How are you supposed to get your items if you work full time? To open for 10 hours a week is useless. There should be a way to opt out of having items sent here (I’d happily travel further to collect if opening times were better)
Only open 2 hours a day! Ridiculous! How is anyhow that has a job meant to collect a parcel
An absolute joke of a post office people do work hard in there I know that as a mate works in there but the times are shocking I’ve been for the past 3 weeks when there supposed to be open late n there CLOSED sort it out
Parcel arrived at the office yesterday morning (this was confirmed by email). I had arranged with the company for the parcel to be collected from the office, again all confirmed on order, however the parcel has been loaded and taken on a trip in the back of a van and apparently now cant be found. I will not used this method again thought it was safer for the delivery of a computer!!
The most ridiculous opening times, 8am-10am and closed wensdays!! 2 hours a day!! Parcel was supposed to arrive on monday, but like most people i was at work. Oh well i suppose ill see you saturday! A week to have to wait to collect a parcel is a joke
Package due 7th August delayed till August 11, Royal mail did not leave with my neighbour nor did they knock loud enough for me to hear. Went to collect from this office today and they were closed what stupid times 8am till 10am are, did not say on the red card they left the opening times of the office so I assumed they were open. Yet another day without my parcel terrible service.
Absolutely shocking customer service skills. I was spoken to like a naughty child and was 'told off' in front of a queue of customers. Unfortunately didnt take ID with me and was told that was my own problem and not his!!
