Well what can I say I've currently just put complaints threw ibc.. I've been struck off this dental practise due to emergency situation at work!! Unforseen circumstances I couldn't attend my appointment I called as soon as I could to inform them. I understand inconvenience and would of took warning even a fine.. but instead was told find new dentist midway receiving treatments!! Unprofessional service! I'd had number of appointments cancelled by them and as I said emergency situation I couldn't help and struck off!! Wow!
Fantastic dentist. Staff always so kind & helpful, I recently saw Mr Ali as an urgent appointment, he's not my usual dentist & I was so nervous. I need not have worried! He was absolutely lovely & thoroughly checked where the issue was. Delighted I'm a patient here. Thanks everyone!
Very poor disgusting behaviour from the practice,! you cancel an appointment as you can't make it you get struck off the practice I suppose if you just don't turn up for an appointment you at least get a warning disgusting behaviour from the practice to be honest!!!!!
Been experiencing pain in my wisdom tooth for 2 days now. Called up at 9am to get an appointment to be told they'll need to check with the sensors and then call me back. They didn't call me back, I called back at midday to get an update to be told that while kids are off school I have no chance on getting an appointment. Told them I called at 9am to book thisz told them this was terrible customer service only to be hung up on. Called back to make a complaint and was givent 2 different emails to send my complaint I to before being hung up on again. Neither email worked, had to find through their website. Apparently if you call them out in their unprofessional behaviour you get blacklisted. Need to find a new dentist now, waiting list 2 years. Wisdom tooth still horrendously painful.
Been with them since I was 15 they’ve always helped me and made me feel better. The reception ladies are always smiling and happy to help always feel comfortable here and looked after xxx
Well not only did they come to the rescue at Xmas time but their front of house staff were efficient and understanding and most importantly full of good humour. The dentist and his team where knowledgeable and efficient and seemingly glad to help. Considering I was panicked and in pain they absolutely nailed it today! Thanks and I hope to see you again under better circumstance!
I went this this dentist for an emergency appointment as I was in terrible pain with a tooth. The dentist did and x-ray and told me he could see there was nothing wrong and just gave me some sensodyne toothpaste. I traveled home from uni to see my own dentist as the pain did not go away and he treated me right away. I needed a root canal procedure ASAP and he couldn’t believe I had not been treated. It’s a very good job I decided to come home, otherwise the condition would have gotten really bad.
The female dentist downstairs should not practice. She replaced 2 of my fillings and I am in pain every time I eat. Refuses to accept it could be her fault. Shocking. From fairly healthy teeth to pain every time you eat is life changing. A refusal to accept its her fault. Don't let her drill your teeth and replace fillings, you will truly regret it. UPDATE: Mr Raul has fixed one tooth. Hopefully he will fix the next. I will update.
Words can't explain how lucky I am to have Mr Bass looking after my teeth. He's an absolute pro, I could not be happier. The Surgery looks very suspicious from the outside, but once you pop in, you know you're in safe hands. If you're based in Skem, Wigan or anything in between, give them a try and you will never regret.
