The older gentleman is so rude was told my parcels were not there and I had to contact in post despite having emails to say both delivered . He briefly looked through parcels refused to look again he did the same with my daughter last week so rude. Sent my husband down today and funnily enough both parcels now there!!! If you don’t want to be bothered with parcels don’t get signed up and paid for being a. Collection point. We shop here all the time but due to this we will be heading to the select convenience at bents green from now. Looking at other reviews seems to be the same thing and he obviously does not care as not changing his attitude at all.

I’ve had several bad experiences collecting parcels here, and today was the final one. I arrived after getting a Yodel email confirming my parcel was ready, but the staff member just said “it’s not here, contact Yodel” and refused to properly check, even when I asked. This has happened before, especially when there’s a queue – he just shuts the conversation down and you feel completely dismissed. There is also a handwritten note on the door saying that around 3pm (school pick-up time) you can’t collect parcels because they are “too busy”. In reality, that looks like they are prioritising selling sweets to kids over people picking up parcels. If you act as a Yodel collection point, you shouldn’t be turning people away at the most convenient time of day just because it doesn’t suit your sales. This could be a really useful local parcel point, but at the moment it feels like parcels are treated as an annoying extra, not a service to the community.

Don’t take parcels here to post. The man is rude and clearly hates the parcel side of things (should have know by the sign, before you even go in, on the door with times you couldn’t drop parcels off!). I queued for a good 5 minutes to post some parcels (fine) but when I got to the counter he put my two packages to one side and said he needed to serve the people behind me in the queue first! It’s the nearest drop-off shop to me but I go to any other place than this one.

Arranged to collect a parcel from the shop as it is round the corner from my parents timed it to collect after an arranged visit to find out that I can’t collect between 3-4:15pm due to school kids, I live at other side of Sheffield and was not told when booking online to avoid certain times! The shop was empty and still wouldn't be flexible, customer service is ridiculous! Looking at other reviews if they don’t like providing the parcel service then don’t provide it simple! Definitely won’t be using again or buying anything from the shop, not happy at all, now I have to return out of my way if I could give zero stars I would

As been my local shop for nearly a year but with me moveing it wount be my local shop any more, its less than 30 seconds from my door to the shop, great selection for a small shop just a shame it isnt bigger, not sure why ppl have left reviews saying staff r ignorant are rude as ive never had any issues, great shop great staff what more could ppl want,

Staff have always been lovely and the shop is very convenient. Be wary of the dates on products though as I have seen them selling out of date butter for a reduced price and I have bought bread that was out of date and mouldy.

I've always found the staff here to be helpful, one in particular is always friendly and kind. Unfortunately on a few occasions the products haven't been great... For example we bought some bread which we found mould on recently. Not a big issue, we just cut it off and froze the rest, but shouldn't really have been sold to us in the first place.
