Nice little pub with a very dark, cozy atmosphere — perfect if you’re after a relaxed vibe. The crowd was a nice mix of people, so it felt welcoming. Menu is your standard pub grub, nothing fancy but it does the job. Only downside was the service being a bit on the slow side, but overall still a decent spot for a quiet drink.

Love this place, it’s my local! The food here is always 10/10, it’s a family owned business so it has a really nice atmosphere, good people and a space inside where you can book for special occasions. Many people in my family have had their birthdays here and it’s always been such a good night. There’s a lead/ input thing where you can plug in your phone and play music in the room too.

What lovely little find me and my girlfriend had a few drinks. Proper old school feel of a pub if we hadn't eaten before we would have tried some food. As the food that came out for other customers looked really nice. But the nice touch was the open fires which made it feel really like Christmas!! We will definitely be going back in the near future.

Love this pub originally came here all the time in 1970s,1980s till we moved, so pleased it had the same charm and old world decor, garden has been decorated so well, used to be grass and few benches, inside there used to be 2 bars with a dividing wall now taken down opens up the bar the room with the tables was never open only used for bowls/ cricket meetings. I know it has many managers in since, but still looking good with the outside kitchen, all weather umbrella's and the chicken's. So glad I paid a visit today. Food was good as well.

Very nice local pub in a quieter part of London. There are actually a few listed building pubs in this area. Very cozy inside with a nice beer garden out back. Had a fairly extensive menu for food. We just had some chili fries which were good, we were told they mainly did table service for ordering when I had gone up to the bar. Staff were nice. Building is worth a visit if you want to get a sense of an older country side pub but remain within a more suburban area. Beer menu was not large … I ended up with London Pride. If I was again in the local area I may stop again. I think it would be rather cozy in winter on a cold day!

Really relaxed, off the grid pub, with a great atmospheric garden, you can see the effort of imagination that gives the garden a life. Live music. Service, very friendly, a little slow but it was a very busy Sunday. Food was fab!

Went on a Saturday for lunch. Very satisfied with the service and food. Large portions were served. Have both indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely worth having a meal here. They also have parking facilities and clean toilets.

Recently under new management, I had the good fortune to visit on a lovely sunny day. The new landlord gave us a good run down of how he sources all the food as fresh as possible, and it was clear in the dishes. As a vegetarian I had a variety of options, and my carnivorous friends considered the fish and chips one of the best examples they'd ever had. They're dog friendly, in a lovely location with a nice path sitting just across the road, and the staff are lovely. High recommended for anyone in the area.

Loved the food and staff were great. Its a cozy little place that has a lot of character. It has a big beer garden and some parking around the place and on the street opposite. Pets are allowed. Prices are reasonable. We had a Chicken Gyros and Roast Ham. They were both really good. Great for families and groups.
