   I recently ordered the stunning Peak Heritage Harvester’s gin. The gin itself is gorgeous, delicately flavoured. The bottle is incredible, the designs are unique and really tactile! This would have made a wonderful gift but I’m afraid I couldn’t resist gifting it to myself!

   Went to visit months ago and had a long chat with the owner. On his advise Bought a couple of gins he thought would work for me including Gin is Dead. Having finally got round to opening it, the gin smelt incredible and a quick sip neat proved it. I had it as a gin and tonic and it was amazing but... the tonic (plain) hid the flavour too much! I have now had it as a dry martini (really sparing on the vermouth) and it was perfect, the taste is out of this world! Enjoy. Are they opening a tasting bar?

   As a fan of Shaun Keavney’s fine radio shows, I wanted to get the bottle of gin. To be honest, I haven’t tried the gin (as yet!) but the bottle is marvellous, striking and a real head turner for any fan or someone who has a mild interest. I’d say it would be a perfect Xmas or birthday gift. The bottle itself is really good quality and it came so perfect wrapped that even the most reckless of postmen would have issues breaking or damaging it. I loved reading the backstory on the couple who turned to gin making. Thank you and kiss you on both cheeks x

   Having now bought and drank four different gins from Cuckoostones gin, I can say they constantly deliver new and interesting products, and all with fantastic packaging design. From the Community Radio gin, through their Peak Heritage, and through to the Gin Is Dead gin, all look and taste great. Having only recently found them, I will be keeping an eye out for their new gins, and I suggest you do too.
