   I stayed for two nights when visiting family. Its a great location, only a few minutes walk into the town centre. The room was quiet and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfasts were nice. It's a great place to stay, and I would definitely go there again

   I didn't stay in the hotel. However we visit often for the food, quiz and warm, friendly, cozy environment of the pub. The staff are so welcoming, helpful and smiley. I get a general feeling that they enjoy their work together. Food is great and very well priced. The bar really is lovely and spacious. Warm cosy fire and currently dec'd for Christmas! Lastly a special mention to Lee, he always makes us smile. Thank you!

   Archie has been absolutely fantastic. He checked us in this afternoon. We were jet lagged and needed a sleep. He was so understanding and checked us in very quickly so that we could shower and get to the bed for a couple of hours. In the evening all the bar staff were great but once again Archie came good. Very attentive and showed us how to access the offers for the day. We have just come from a holiday in the states and have had great service, the service here has equalled and surpassed that. Thanks Archie for making us feel so welcome, particularly on such a busy night!

   Best pub around the woking area by a mile! Becky was very accommodating and attentive to wants and needs with an easy solution on our stay. Upon coming down for dinner Archie and Olivia were an irradiant ball of energy & were really nice and handled our requests accordingly. Will definitely be back on our next stay!

   We had a lovely stay! Welcomed by Lee, kind & happy with lots of information. Staff working that evening were brilliant, quick service & happy to help. Food was absolutely delicious, £15.00 frizz weekend was a bonus! Room was lovely, excellent value for money. Shower was lush, bed comfy but there was areas that hadn't been dusted. Breakfast was delicious, unlimited coffee, tea & juice. The relaxed,warm, welcome feel to the entire place. Will definitely be back.

   Cracking pub, good atomosphere, friendly staff. Good range of food on the menu and has always been good quality when I eat here (which is quite often!). Quiz on a Thursday evening is always good fun and a good laugh. Dog friendly too. Staff are brilliant, always smiling and a good positive vibe. We drove a miniature steam engine over and treated ourselves to lunch, the pub kindly gave us some water for the return journey. Would recommend a visit or several!

   Just had the set menu lunch at £10.79 Great value and good tasty food. Breaded mushroom, fish and chips and treacle pudding with custard We were surprised at the portion sizes. No more food needed today!! Nice friendly staff. We will certainly be returning. Only fault was the slow service but we were in no hurry anyway!

   A quick delightful breakfast and a coffee to start my day before meetings. Quiet and tranquil. Friendly and professional staff. Delightful and tasty food. Will come back very soon.

   Excellent food at a decent price.could had done with a bit more. Having said that, I ended up eating a bit of my better half as she couldn't finish hers. Good service (with a smile). Pub was clean, tidy and well decorated. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
