   DO NOT COME HERE. First time getting shellac nails done there & they chipped the next day - not to mention it was the owner of the salon that did them for me & was on FaceTime the whole time to a friend as she was doing my nails. I could tell she was rushing as there was a lack of care & attention paid towards my nails as she was doing them - hence why they chipped the next day. I called up the next to day to rearrange to come in to redo my nails in which the owner had agreed to. After just 4 days, I returned to the salon. Not one staff member approached me until I did & I told them what happened but they said I had to call the owner again. Once I called the owner, she said it was too late for me to get them fixed & that if I wanted them done I would have to pay the full price again. I asked for either a refund or for her to do them again for free but instead the owner replied "I don't know whats wrong with your nails but I have owned this salon for 14 years and I know what I'm doing." Shellac nails are meant to last between 2-3 weeks & for them to chip in less than a day or a week is appalling - I’ve never received such shocking service like that from any nail salon I’ve ever been to. Money & time down the drain. Never again.

   I’ve tried this place a few times now as they stay open late and it’s very convenient location The first time they messed up my nails doing an infill the nails were too thick and the paint started to peel straight away Once I came in and complained the nail technician was offended and instead of apologising tried to defend herself by saying infills are difficult as she’s “going over some else’s work” - other nail technicians don’t have this problem she also charged me and made me feel very uncomfortable as though it was my fault. However I did go back and was treated very nicely by other staff but once again the nail polish coats they apply are so thick and it’s peeled after a day

   Bad experience, went to go and get acrylics done and it seemed nice at first. When she started the second hand she burped which is normal but she didn’t say pardon me or excuse me and just carried on which I found a bit rude. The woman doing my nails was also talking to the other staff in their native language which I also found quite rude. When I left I noticed the nails weren’t all the same length and were wonky. Also after the first week they started to fall off and once three nails had fallen off I went back to get the three that had fallen off re done she wanted to charge £9 for three nails but in the end she said yes but looked really bothered and angrily went to tell another worker to do them. The woman who did the three nails this time was very nice but then very soon they start to fall off again and now I only have 1 nail left : (

   Absolutely amazing!!! I first ever came with my friend. It was her first time ever getting her nails done the staff were so comforting and re assuring for my friend. I then got Gucci nails done and the costumer service was outstanding!! After the 2 experiences I kept going back I’ve only just taken off my other nails which lasted me over 3 weeks I will be back tomorrow for them done again!!! Thank you guys !!!!!

   If I could give them no stars I would, I got acrylic with shellac two days later I had to go back and get two repaired. A few days later another started coming off. So I peeled the rest off which wasn't hard she put them on rubbish. I Went back the next day and got another set a different lady did them this time and she was even worse than the first one she cut my skin loads of times with the drill she didn't do the acrylic or the paint down to my finger nail so it just seemed like I needed an infill few days later two came off when I was washing up. Don't waste your money!!!!!
