Been at the practice for years Heather is an amazing hygienist really friendly and gentle too. I like the dentist he always gives me good advice and has helped me alot over the years

Very snooty receptionists that talk to you like you are stupid. Really let's the place down. My poor wife called today as she is in agony with a tooth where the filling has fallen out. Told that they don't do emergency appointments and she would have to wait 4 full days. How is that caring for their patients! A shame as the dentists are very nice, and I have every expectation that they would see her and treat her if they knew about it, but until they address their reception staff's poor attitudes then their rating will continue to reflect the poor service.
I had an appointment in April 2020 which was cancelled due to lock down, I then couldn't reschedule until May 2021. Every time I rang up to try I was told emergency appointments only. In May 21 I was told as I hadnt been seen in the last 12 months I couldn't book an appointment however there was a waiting list of 6 months so asked if I could go on it. By Jan 2022 I still hadn't heard anything so I called back up to see how long the list was & was told there wasn't a waiting list. Obviously I wasn't happy that I'd be told there was & now im being told there isn't. I was told someone would call me back. Eventually I get a call in Jan 2023 to see if I wanted an appointment in May 2023!! By this time I've already gotten in to another practice & been seen. I understand it's been tough for these placing catching up but the service from here is appalling. The reception staff are extremely rude too, when I said I didn't require an appointment anymore she just hung the phone up.
I have been going through chemoradiotherapy in January 2020 I was told I was in remission. Then COVID hit. I received my 4th booster because of my age and immunodeficiency so I was told to go to my dentist. I phoned only to be told I had been struck off. I have been with that practice since 1969. I think this is disgusting.
Absolutely disgusting service disrespectful staff who have no idea what they are talking about people waiting in waiting lists for over 2 years to still be no further on surprised this practice is still open it's run like a shambles
I will never take my children here again my eldest daughter who suffers with severe adhd 7yrs old getting shouted at by there receptionist manager wasnt much use either joke of a dentist
Absolutely fantastic I was scared of dentists until I went here great helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend this practice to anyone especially nervous patients.
