   I've been going to this practice for over 20 years now and have full trust in Dr Cooper and his team. Yesterday a filling of mine fell out, I called at 8:30 for an emergency appointment and was immediately provided with a 10am slot. I was literally in and out within 20 mins after having the filling re-filled, fantastic service!

   Outstanding care from an exceptional team! I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience with Mr. Irfaan Sattar and his brilliant nurse Amie, I absolutely had to share how wonderful they are. From the very first moment I walked into Bank House Dental Practice, I felt completely at ease — and that’s saying something, because I’ve always been quite anxious about dental visits. Mr. Sattar has the rare combination of incredible skill, professionalism, and genuine warmth. He takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you’re comfortable at every step. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes immense pride in his work. His calm, reassuring manner makes even the most daunting procedures feel manageable and stress-free. Amie is equally fantastic — she’s kind, gentle, and always one step ahead in making sure you feel relaxed and cared for. Together, they make the perfect team — friendly, professional, and so clearly dedicated to doing the best for every patient who walks through their door. Every appointment has been a genuinely positive experience, which I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist! The attention to detail, level of care, and the personal touch they both bring really set them apart. I always leave feeling confident, well looked after, and grateful to have found such a superb dental team.    MR Irfaan Sattar who is a dentist at Bank house in Chester is Absolutely BRILLIANT.!!!!! I had problems with my teeth and from the moment I walked into his room I felt at ease. Very professional very informative of what needed to be done and how it was going to be done. I'm very scared of needles even that was painless as well. He is always soft and well spoken and makes you feel comfortable at all times. His assistant(my apologies as I don't know her name) is very professional as well and ensures the whole appointment. THANK YOU SO MUCH. The best dentist I have ever seen and been to. Thank you Mr Sattar keep up the good work!!!!!.

   Absolutely brilliant dental practice with parking on-site. The reception team were very welcoming and friendly. Dentist and dental nurse were brilliant, very patient with my children and happy to explain everything they were doing and anything that needed to be done. I felt they were very thorough and happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend this practice.
