Had to return to have my crown replaced again. 4th time in just over 12 months. This was dentist number 3 having a go at fixing it. Got charged £36 for pleasure. My previous NHS dentist fitted the original over 25 years ago, have been forced to go private not impressed.
A good positive result from my appointment yesterday. The new denture was fitted and looks great. The extraction of broken teeth was carried out expertly by the dentist.
Great customer service on booking and changing appointments and costs explanation. Every treatment and appointment is well explained and since I've started with Allport Dental Service, maybe 3 years ago, that I've experienced a great improvement on my dental health.
I had a great experience at my recent appointment. The dentist/hygienist were very warm, professional, and really helped me feel at ease. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole visit was smooth and comfortable. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality care!
Excellent service as usual. Reception staff were as helpful as they could be and Dr Sinclair was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She discussed the treatment options with me in an unhurried manner. Her nurse was consummately professional too
Always find the reception staff are helpful and accommodating. They like all NHS staff are under enormous pressure. Mr Nolan has been excellent with dental care for my sons. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. People should appreciate the excellent service that is available.

I feel sorry for you if you have to use an NHS dentist and have to use these incompetent people. The absolute pain I and others I know have gone through using this place is disgusting and to be told you're making it up and be charged for it. Please head my warning though and if you're considering private treatment, LOOK ELSEWHERE. There are plenty of competent private dentists on the wirral and this practice is certainly not among them. Save your teeth and yourself a headache. I genuinely feel sorry for you if you're an NHS patient and have to use this practice.
I have been a patient at this practice for decades. The people who work here are so professional and empathetic. I can't thank them enough. It is great to know that they are here to bring relief in such trying and often painful circumstances. David Griffiths has such a light touch in all aspects of his surgery. Wonderful patient centred care!
I have been going to the Allport Dental Practice for several years and I would highly recommend them. The staff are so friendly and helpful, I always feel at ease having treatment there. Having dental treatment isn't always pleasant, but I am so impressed with the professional cheerful service and the finished results. Thank you to all the team!
