I had a very disappointing experience with mr. Harjap Bhangal at GLS Solicitor, West Bromwich.I found the service to be highly unprofessional. Paid £35 for 15 minutes and didn’t even advised or listened to my case at all. Was just looking at the laptop and doing some other work rather finding a solution. Answered everything negatively.

I have used GLS several times now. Each time I have found them, from the receptionist to the solicitors and even Mr Bhangal himself very kind. On this occassion I was applying for my wifes indefinate leave to remain visa, the initial consultation was fantastic. For a small fee I was advised on all the costs, what was needed to apply and how the process works. This time we were dealt with by Ravitta Suniar who we have found very helpful and friendly. She has made what I think is a very difficult process very simple. She advised us what we need to do and handled everything else she could on our behalf. Any issues or queries she was always a call or email away and responded promptly to all our queries, nothing seemed like too much for her. We will be collecting our documents soon and will be using GLS for anything else we may ever need in the future. Highly recommend to anybody.
