   I had a check up with Christopher Thomas who is an excellent dentist. He is also very patient,kind,knowledgeable, thorough and a really lovely man to . His assistant is also really kind ,professional and friendly to . He also takes time to explain any treatments required and why . He also explains X-rays to . He makes me feel safe even though I am terrified of going to the dentist ,which is amazing .

   I am a patient of Dr Basim. Excellent care, he is very polite, reassuring, professional and patient. Never rushes the process, working patiently and providing plenty of time for me the patient to recover allows me to rest and regain my composure and communicating clearly and providing feedback of what is happening. His dental nurse is also very kind and helpful, a very dynamic and professional team. Lets be frank nobody likes their teeth to be drilled into, to have a root canal treatment or simply dealing with any kind of dental lurgy, but I know that I am in good hands. Also shout out to the excellent front of house team who managed to squeeze me in, in a short notice, provided plenty of advice and excellent care. Every member of staff I have seen are polite and a joy to deal with. The treatment room and equipments are modern everything seems to be new, toilets and waiting area is always pristine. You can tell that the people whom are working there, really care about their place of work. Parking is free however limited and can be a tight squeeze. 5*-s.

   I wasn’t registered to a dentist & I needed an emergency appointment & they were able to fit me in the same day. Dr Major was extremely professional & talked me through the process & was able to resolve my toothache by inserting a temporary filling. I then revisited at a later date to resolve the issue once & for all. Dr Major was extremely professional & the entire process was pain free. Highly recommend!

   I had a scale and polish from Dr Major at Sutton dental. Great treatment, great equipment, great experience. I have recommended to friends and local family and will continue to do so. Staff were lovely, caring and welcoming. Couldn’t fault a thing. Thanks guys!

   Really good service from the dentist who helped with my wisdom tooth pain however was told a couple of days prior to ring at 8:30am for emergency appointments and was only offered a 9:30am appointment upon asking if I could have a later appointment due to my son being on antibiotics (which have to be kept refrigerated) plus him being 6 months old and having to fit in with his feeding schedule. The woman on the phone was pretty rude and said its that appointment or ring tomorrow. So I was surprised that they only had one emergency appointment available for the whole day.
