   Been coming to appointments at bright orthodontics for two years, and each and every time I come in I’ve greeted with a smile by the ladies on reception and have received nothing but politeness from them! Every appointment I’m always at ease as each orthodontist talks me through what treatment I’ll be receiving! I have to give a big thanks to Dr Letitia and Dr Rachael, these two orthodontists always kept me at ease and I loved every appointment with them, so a massive thank you to you both! Lastly a big thank you to Dr Raphy Paul for giving me a treatment plan that has made my teeth more than what I’ve wanted! Couldn’t recommend this orthodontics enough! They’re been amazing and soo informative throughout my whole journey making sure I was happy with every decision

   My experience here has been long, as with all orthodontic procedures, but every single appointment I have had has been accompanied with accommodating staff, patience when required and plenty of enthusiasm. Even when I asked questions that don’t mean much to most people about orthodontics I have received thorough responses and every choice the clinic makes is in the patient’s interest, even opting for more expensive LIDAR scanning methods than using setting putty - for patient comfort and providing reliable results. My particular orthodontist, Natalie, has been incredibly comforting, understanding and explains everything thoroughly, and has done the same over the entire length of my treatment.
