Had breakfast with Santa and it was brilliant. Had lovely choice of breakfast, craft activities as well as the soft play. It was great when Santa arrived. He went round all the tables saying hello to each child before handing out gifts. Thank you will visit again next year :)

From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and offered assistance with our needs. She was attentive, ensuring both children and parents felt welcomed and well-cared for. Not only did she keep the play area clean and safe, but she also engaged with the kids, making their experience even more enjoyable. Her patience and enthusiasm were truly commendable. It's clear she loves what she does and cares about the children's happiness. Thank you for making our visit so delightful! We will definitely be back!
Enjoyed our visit here and will return. We went on a Tuesday evening for some food and soft play. The soft play area could do with more than one staff member there were times when she was stretched - however she was lovely to speak too. The area is a nice size and it is very affordable. I wish I knew about the summer pass beforehand. The food was a mixed bag, the children's meal was good value for money. I was a little disappointed with mine but I will give it another go.
So pleased to have found a truly inclusive soft play that my 6 year old son with complex needs can access independently in a relaxed environment. We pay £14 per month to attend the soft play sessions and have a choice of 3 session per week! That is really rare if you’re looking for send sessions! We are so happy to have found a place where we can all relax and my son can enjoy himself and make new friends. Beccie- your employers are very lucky to have you. Thank you for creating space for families like mine! It means the world to us!
What an amazing day, we had my sons 3rd birthday party at wacky warehouse. We had 8 kids all together and every one of them had lots of fun. The organisation of the party was quick and easy. Beccie was amazing, explained everything to us. Make sure all our needs where met. Parents of all kids were so happy with all experience. We definitely will be back for more. Thank you so much.
Food was reasonable, prices good and child friendly. Service was very slow, took ages to clear the table after we were finished with main course. Ordered desserts which took twenty minutes or so to come out, it was only ice cream! When it came the adult desserts were brought before the kids which wasn’t ideal. Room for improvement but for a cheap and relaxed meal it’s an ok place.
My 2 boys love it here. Always clean and staff are always friendly! Great value for money too! Great for younger ones as you can generally see most of the play area and keep an eye on them. The coffee and cake deal is a must too!
