   Used to go to this shop all the time in university, visited again recently as was in the area and so glad to see it's just as amazing as it always was! Absolutely incredible customer service, man behind the counter was so super lovely and massively helpful when deciding which products to choose, I can't remember his name but he works there over the weekends! The staff have always been so lovely and amazing here, the whole place has such a good positive vibe, even if you don't buy anything the shop is just generally a pleasure to be in. Such a brilliant array of products on offer too, a lot of pieces commissioned by the shop so they're all unique and one of a kind, but also if you're just looking for the basics they are super helpful and have a lot of options available! In my opinion it's the best shop of it's kind in the whole UK, always a pleasure coming here, can't wait to stop in again - every time I'm in Sheffield this place is a must!

   Balance is a sick shop! Everything is really nicely laid out in a professional way. I love the branding and they have a wide range of products. My favourite bit is the rack of lots of little bits like papers, filters, tips and lighters. The staff are super friendly and willing to help. Keep up the good work!
