   I bought a vape from this shop and had to return it the next day as it was leaking fluid into the mouthpiece and onto the battery. The man there, who had sold me it the day before was extremely rude and patronising. He told me "that's what they do" and assured me the liquid (that I showed him on the battery) was "just condensation". He gave me a refund (while being snarky about it) and even refused to sell me another because he told me that it would "just do the same thing". It was a humiliating experience as I walked out and he smirked "have a nice day!" in a very patronising tone. I went a little further to the next vape shop (Love & Vape) and rebought the same vape. Had it four days now and no "condensation" on the battery or in my mouth (the gentleman at Love & Vape assured me that was not normal). The only reason I have not given this place a 1-star rating is because I have spoken to other staff there and they were pleasant enough. I would avoid this place if you want to buy a vape, perhaps only use it for liquids, as they have a good range.

   Awesome place, they stock loads of coils alough not much by way of rebuildables(RBA's). I have vaped for 7 years and my only recommendation if you want a proper vape is buy a Voopoo! They are waaay more robust than other brands (especially Smok!)and their PNP coils are really popular everywhere. Twice I've had genuine returns and these guys are really helpful.

   Excellent customer service. Always friendly. The wife and I Always use this shop. The two gentlemen have all the time in the world for us. They don't just try and sell. They are always polite and if asked put the nicotine in the bottles. Today I was having problems with my pod. The gentlemen gave me his pod until a new one was ordered.. if I could give more stars I would.

   The only vape store you should use if your from the Doncaster area. Or even if your not from Doncaster. 5star customer service everytime . Lee knows what he is talking about and doesn't just want to sell you the most expensive device he has. Always recommend these guys if I ever get asked.
