Ive been coming to Ecloud in Herringthorpe for years, as I was smoking very heavily before, and during this time, the Neil's have been an amazing support and duo act. Very friendly and approachable. What a really helpful, friendly group of people they are. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Neil is a fantastic always professional, helpful and offer a all round excellent customer service experience every time you enter the store. The shop jas a great variety of products and liquids and Neil will take the time to explain all products to you to find the best fit. His product knowledge is second to none. The shop has deals on each week with great prices and various flavours and also has weekly prize draws. All the staff are amazing in this store and that’s why I continue to keep coming back and have done for the past 5 years I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my products.
