    I’ve been a vocal CBD user for a number of years now and have known Karen from Live It CBD for a lot longer. The benefits of CBD are still so incredibly underreported.     I have recently started drinking the Rich Hemp CBD Pyramid Tea Bags. They come in many flavours with different ingredients to suit you and your purpose for taking them, Relieve Organic Chamomile is my favourite flavour, I love this tea it really helps me relax, I have one cup every evening after I have had dinner and it really helps take the edge off stressy long days. :) The calming organic ingredients help with digestion also, I am an IBS sufferer and I have noticed a great difference in feeling less bloated since drinking them. 5 star product!!     I have been using my CBD lotion for two weeks now. I can't begin to tell you what a difference it has made. I have Arthritis in my big toe I couldn't bend it, I had to wear flat shoes all the time , as a woman this is not always what I would like to wear . But now I can wear a 3" heel all day. It still aches a bit when I take them off, but by morning it is fine again. Roll on Christmas party shoe season . Thank you Gareth and Karen xx
