    Popped in to the new shop yesterday. Very well stocked, staff member was really friendly and full of good advice. The new location is much more convenient for shoppers and there are some great offers on currently. We all know vape shops are everywhere however like any business, standing out is important and you do that by having good staff, good products and a good environment. We will definitely be back.

    I was extremely disappointed with my VapeHQ experience. I went in because I purchased a battery in late October, less than 3 months later, the battery has become faulty. I was then told that it was out of warranty by 2 days. I queried the warranty as previously I had been told 12 months and the colleague said it was 3 months for batteries and that other people in the store had been giving out incorrect information on warranties and this is a common thing with franchise stores. I was then told that 3 months is roughly the average time you can expect a battery to last, when every other battery I've had has lasted a good 18 months! I was then also told it could be because I was charging the battery via the Vape and not using an external battery charger, which is the incorrect way to charge the battery. I just genuinely felt like I was being fobbed off and did not feel like a valued customer at all. I will not be returning to VapeHQ after this experience.
