Long established practice giving the highest standard of both dentistry and customer service. I have been attending now for over fifty years. I do not live locally but it is well worth the journey for the warm welcome and expert dental care that I always receive.
What an absolute joke. Phoned up for a normal appointment about a re-referral to the dental hospital just for them to tell me it had to be an emergency appointment as they might remove it even though I know they wouldn’t. Held the line twice for 3 minutes to be hung up on both times. When I phoned back they had no appointments left and the woman claimed their phones weren’t working properly and so I had to use the same phone line that doesn’t work to phone back the next day. To which I did, and again held for 20 minutes and got told to leave a message as they weren’t even answering the phones this time. Decided to go in and managed to get the emergency appointment. Waited 20 minutes to be seen to then go in and have the dentist tell me all I had to do was phone the dental hospital as my referral was still open and then charged me £27.50 for it?? Absolute joke of a practice to charge that much for not even a 5 minute appointment and no treatment done whatsoever.
I needed an emergency appointment today. Called the dental practice and was seen within the hour. My appointment was with Dr Rahman, she is absolutely lovely and made me feel very at ease. Thank you all so much
Went for my regular NHS checkup today. Appointment was on time and I felt I was in very good hands. All staff are friendly and helpful and my dentist was extremely polite and efficient. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
The last few times I’ve visited Prescot dental house I’ve felt like they havent had any time for me. I was literally in and out at my last appointments within 10 minutes if that. It was very busy in the waiting room but stills The dentist spoke x2 speed and didn’t even tell me about my teeth I had to ask if everything was okay otherwise it was just ‘that’s everything bye’. It was my most rushed service yet and I could tell she just tried to finish me as soon as possible because it was busy. Really unprofessional and doesn’t give me any confidence that the check up is thorough with any duty of care to be honest.
I find this dentist to be a really, friendly, professional, efficient and caring dentist. From young Jessica on the phones who couldn’t be any more helpful and polite if she tried to my dentist Anna who just pulled my tooth out. She was very professional, told me exactly what she was going to do and made me feel very comfortable sat mouth agape waiting for a tooth to be pulled. I don’t like going to the dentist butPrescot dental surgery is in my opinion, simply the best. John O.
This was the most relaxed I have ever felt at the dentist. I had to come a few times due to an ongoing issue and every time the dentist Anna and her assistant Karen were fantastic. They showed empathy and compassion throughout aswell as explaining the important information too. They made a daunting tooth extraction much easier to experience. Highly recommended and a big big thankyou. ✌️
Visited the dentist today after not going in over 3 years! Was quickly seen to by Aaman and Melissa and they were both amazing! Put all my fears of the dentist away! Very relaxed environment.
Had a crown fitted today by Jon and Debs. Thouroughly professional and reassuring. Arrived a bit early but was seen almost immediately. Jon is very relaxing and confidence inspiring. Nice relaxing music. Five star recommendation.
Came into the Dentist today. Greeted by two lovely girls at the front desk. Alice & Jess. Who is doing a brilliant job? I wouldn't of known it was Alices second day. Was called in by Deb to see Jon. Great team. It's my second visit to Jon and he's so good and makes you feel at ease. Great Dentist so glad I was put as a patient of his. I feel so comfortable with him. Thank you
